Can't sit still...
I'm finding that I have a hard time sitting still, for example I can't sit through a movie because of the anxious energy of my anxiety. I think part of that is due to my medication as well, it's something I'm going to have to try and work on because I used to just love watching movies.

oh yeah dude i was at a wedding yesterday and i just could't sit in one place . every half an hour i have to get up and run off somewhere like to the toilet. It is purely anxiety i know that . i find it so difficult to sit through a whole movie unless i have come from basketball training or am completely exhausted..... guess i too will have to work through this whole thing :)
